Ottmers Architectural Trades or OAT recognizes that the exterior of your stucco or wood home is only as good as the finish coat. This coat properly applied to product specifications, serves to protect the exterior surfaces of your home and is part of the building envelope.

For a successful finish, the product and the application are equally important. OAT specifies a limited life time warranty exterior coating by Benjamin Moore paints.

The product is applied per specifications which includes a range of temperatures.

Before any product is applied, the entire exterior is pressure washed and examined. Rotten wood is replaced. Stucco damage is patched or repaired. Past problem areas are evaluated for the best strategy to remedy the situation.

Exterior finish is an excellent time for the homeowner to have us update exterior lights and fixtures or clean and paint them. Window glass can be repaired at this time as well. Think of this as a great time to "detail the house exterior". Need to freshen up with new address numbers or a brass door knob? Let us do that while we are there. This type of detail makes us both look better when we are done.

Ottmers Architectural Trades is a solutions based business and one stop shop. We generally don't subcontract work either direction. The work you sign up for is done by us. OAT works on one job at a time until it is finished, including any extras requested by the homeowner we are working for.
